How To Survive With Salary RM3000 In Malaysia
How much is your salary? (You do not need to tell us. If you want to tell us, please write inside the comment area.) If your salary is less than RM3000, can you survive in Malaysia? Needless to say too much, look at the calculation below.

How To Survive With Salary RM3000 In Malaysia

No wonder so many Ah Long aroundlah because people need more money to survive and bank only lends money for those who have money. Another reason is become Ah Long can survive easily. Oh shit! The salary is less than RM3000. Tomorrow better ask boss to increase the salary. If boss does not believe, print this to the boss. If boss disagree, better become Ah Long.

Do you know what the salary range is for Malaysian working at Kuala Lumpur? Below is the example for reference.

Fresh graduate: from RM 1500 to RM 2500 (In compensation for the time you spend to get a piece of paper that thicker and harder than toilet paper.)
Teacher: from RM 2500 to RM 3000 (Not include curi-curi part time tuition income.)
IT Engineer: from RM 2500 to RM 3500 (If you are Mark Zuckerberg – Facebook’s founder, then your salary should be more than this.)
Postman: from RM 700 to RM 1000 (The salary is quite low. What a pity postman! Next time do not let your dog run out to bite postman.)
Driver: from RM 1000 to RM 1500 (The salary range not include Formula 1 driver and Mat Rempit.)
Technician: from RM 1200 to RM 1800
Admin Clerk: from RM 1000 to RM 1500
Sales Clerk: from RM 1200 to RM 1500
Doctor: from RM 6000 to RM 10000 (That’s why people say it is OK to die but not OK to sick.)
Factory operator: from RM450 to RM800 (How to survive? The money is barely enough for food. Luckily oxygen is free.)
Ah Long (loan shark): above RM5000 for small shark on the street that do not have license. Earn up to billions Ringgit for big shark that has finance company or bank license.

People who study Finance in the university or college and understand very well the theory of finance will become fresh graduate whose salary is from RM 1500 to RM 2500. People who do not study Finance and do not have graduation certificate but understand very well the practice of finance will become Ah Long whose salary is above RM5000. Only in Malaysia!

Can a family man really survive with salary RM3000 in Malaysia? Yes! Boleh! This is because we are still alive and kicking. Malaysia boleh! Welcome to the Bolehland. Only in Malaysia!

Maybe this is the reason why today graduates do not pay back the education loan – PTPTN. Just kidding! (Remark: Luckily at Malaysia we have freedom to speak out our opinion.)

If your salary is not enough, earn some part time income clicking here. If you are doctor, spend some of your money clicking here. Earn money or spend money are all welcome. Admin of this blog also want to earn some part time income here.

To blame, is the employers who are stingy to raise the standard pay of employees. Dont tell me employers are "poor people" too. They can afford to go on a family trip to Europe, New Zealand, and god knows where else. They can afford to buy Luxury Car, a HUGE house, and things they dont need.

While the employees eat gardenia bread and maggi everyday. When their employees ask for a raise, OH MY GOD! its a disaster! everything kena dipertikaikan. ur work is suddenly shit to them. but when you put in the extra hours for those work, you put in your heart and soul into your job. they never see all that. never appereciate all that. they suddenly become blind. blind for money. blind for greed.

We ask for a raise, to live. to eat better. to live a healthier life. to afford modest things for the family. to actually pay for our kids education without worrying too much about where to cut that money from. To pay for our bills.

Setakat raise rm500, it makes not much difference in our lives. we can just afford to pay for our bills a little better. we are not stealing a BIG chunk out of the company. we are paying for what we need to live.

Kalau naik gaji rm1000, memang bertuah la! i dont know anyone or anywhere that employers are willing to do that.

Fuck man! We are a generation who are wasted on working shitty jobs for money that cant even pay for our living expense. A generation of angry people, frustrated and dissapointed time and time again by the people we dedicate our time to. We were raise to believe that we can be rock stars and millionaires when we grow up. only to find lies apon lies built on stereotyping by condescending "superiors".

I say Fuck this shit. The Employers need to wake the fuck up. The Government has nothing to do with whats going on. Its the people who pay you! the people who are constantly searching for "fresh grads" coz they are cheap labor. while the experienced ones, gets laid off when they ask for a raise. That shit is fucked up! we are the ones working for you, keeping you safe and making sure your money keeps on rolling in. and this is the gratitude we get! We are not to blame, coz we work hard. we try every month. we do it every month. but appreciation isnt something you can ask for, but given. and yet, it isnt given. only to be asked to do more, and more and more. like the greedy bastard they are.

The government isnt at fault here. we who work hard, who only eat 1 meal perday, and sometimes pick up part time jobs so we can pay the bills and try our best every month isnt at fault.

Its the employers. you stingy big bosses with that superiority complex. the HR that questions your hard work, and never sincerely praise them.

Point your fingers at them. you work for them. and they pay you peanuts.

@first motion enterprise : it's actually undergraduate/bachelor's (BA, BSc) and not a graduate degree (MA, MSc, MPhil) that most people come out with. Difference of two years and some amount of money and hard work.

If overseas degree come back and work is wasted (hence I'm part of the brain drain group lol) because you pay so much and boss can hire local but same credentials-level at much cheaper price...

Getting married early is fine if both the husband and wife and providing the income. But popping children out before you are financially able is when the real problem starts..it's the asian mentality...first everyone nags at you for not being married and when you finally are, you get nagged at for not popping babies out right away. Give it a rest you guys!

Meanwhile.. Rosmah beli her stupid jewelries that costs an arm and a leg.

This is why both husband and wife goes to work today. But leaving the kids unattended.. so kena hire maid lar. Then people say hire maid is luxury. And then government giving people hell time hiring maids also. But this kind of income really discourage people from marry and have kids.

What you've just said are all facts & true.

But judging by how the way you write, it really turns off the readers. This explains that you don't even deserve or rather even unqualified to earn more than rm 3000. (don't talk about going overseas). Oh yes that's how it is. Just accept that its a harsh & extremely competitive world.

You wanna survive in this country, strive hard. Gain qualifications & experiences. Then you'll not be one of the average to earn rm 3000. Don't forget as much as there are poor & average income earners, there are also a lot of wealthy & successful people in Malaysia. You have a choice to be one of them.

Take out insurance RM600, stay in low cost apartment save RM250, cut off the TM line and use prepaid for Papa & Mama RM30+RM30, save another RM40... Rent out a room to student to earn RM200...now we got saving RM480...this is how KL people survive... and can enjoy KFC, MCD, GSC and etc..

PS: Human doctors do not earn as much as RM6000. Housemen earn RM4000, only with allowance, not to mention 36 on call hours; MOs probably earn around RM4500++ ; unless you are talking about specialist and all. Bare in mind, GPs are not doing that well these days, those who have been in the practice exceeding 20 years excluded.

How is it the governments fault (ok lah not the teachers that one is government), but drivers etc are all private. it has NOTHING to do with the government. That is why they want to impose minimum wage - which would be a good start!

The situation is worse in other countries, where people live on less.

It's the hard reality of capitalism. NOT governance.Governments are there to ensure you AT LEAST get the RM3000 and not get exploited by others.

everything so expensive nowadays.the politicians are richer the citizens are poorer.

doctors rm6000 to rm10k? not truelah. malaysian GH doctors where got so much money? unless he/she is a specialist or someone higher post or private hospitals doctors. fresh grads doctors like me to be, at most rm4k per month. but given that med school education is not cheap too (uni tuition fee is around RM100k to rm1 million for 5-6 years), it kinda like "balance up" a bit, right?
then people like my age getting married, ourselves getting married also need money. and because we are doctors, angpau and duit kahwin also need to pay more (because of the DR title). so, kinda "even" up again. doctors are not rich, it is a social misunderstanding
